The Russian bank VEB.RF started financing TVZ's project to produce new passenger cars.

In 2025, the TVZ will build three passenger cars for Zheleznye dorogi Yakutii (ZhDYa, Yakutia Railways): a „platzkartny“ car (Model 61-4447), a staff compartment car (Model 61-4445) and a restaurant car (Model 61-4460).
