There is another one operator for the TRAXX3 MS locomotives and the first one based in Poland.

At the beginning of May, Siemens Mobility announced that PKP CARGO had handed over all five Vectrons from the last order placed so far.

On 25 November 2021, DB Cargo Polska took over the four Vectron MS locomotives.

The polish Industrial Division (CARGOUNIT) vehicle pool received the first three of the five Vectrons it has ordered. They arrived in Poland on 18 March and were handed over to Bahnoperator Polska on the 31st of the month.

DB Cargo Polska has signed a contract with Siemens Mobility for purchasing four Vectron MS locomotives, as the operator announced on 1 March 2021.

In recent weeks, deliveries of another batch of intermodal wagons for one Polish customer have been completed from Tatravagónka, and other deliveries have begun.

On 31 January 2021 in the morning, Vectron 193 488 entered Poland from Germany (via Frankfurt an der Oder).

On 7 September 2020 OVK (UWC) announced that its four-axle Class Sgmmns container wagons designed for the transports of large-capacity containers on 1,435 mm gauge network and produced for Laude Smart Intermodal have successfully passed certification testing in Europe.

On 16 April 2020 PKP Cargo published tender for five multi-system locomotives. This is the last of the PKP Cargo’s batches of those vehicles, for which 50 % of the purchase price is to be supported by EU’s Cohesion funds through the POIiŚ (Program Operacyjny Infrastruktura i Środowisko - OP Infrastructure and Environment), supporting purchase of technics for intermodal transport in Poland.

Simultaneously with the locomotives for LOTOS Kolej, Newag is building the new Dragons for PKP Cargo.

OVK (UWC) and a Polish company Laude Smart Intermodal announced a contract for the supply of 200 Class Sgmmns flat wagons.
