TRAKO 2013 Now In Full Swing

The tenth TRAKO railway industry trade fair is now in progress. This year it has moved to a new venue in Gdańsk, the amberexpo exhibition centre, and some of the exhibits are now accommodated at the adjacent station, Gdańsk-Stadion Expo. Here is a selection of photos showing some of the trains and locomotives present. These include both PESA and Newag-Gliwice EMUs and DMUs, the manufacturers also offering visitors information on their latest projects. Newag exhibited the second of a batch of Type 15D diesels, rebuilt for PKP Cargo. Siemens was present with Vectron DC 5 170 037, one of the batch for DB Schenker Rail Polska.
