Krösatågen's Civity Nordic at Velim

On 11 September 2024, a Civity Nordic EMU from a contract for the Swedish operator Krösatågen arrived at the VUZ Velim test centre to undergo selected type tests. Shortly afterwards, the CAF-built "cranberry" unit, which arrived to the Czech Republic via the Dutch port of Moerdijk, started its test runs.

"Krösa" means cranberry (which also corresponds to the colour of the vehicle) and "tåg" is the word for train. These trains will be provided to the above mentioned operator by the train lessor Transitio AB.
