ICNG At Velim

Another type of new-built vehicle currently tested at the VUZ test centre Velim is an eight-car Coradia Stream EMU for NS. Designated InterCity Nieuwe Generatie (ICNG) by the operator, a total of 99 have been ordered so far. After a five-car Class 3100 dual-voltage EMU in 2019, Alstom is now testing an eight-car Class 3200 dual-voltage unit No. 3201, in yet incomplete painting.
