First Class 3300 EMU In Belgium

On 7 June 2021, the first of triple-voltage Class 3300 ICNG EMUs arrived from Germany to test in Belgium. This Coradia Stream 3301 was hauled by the Lineas locomotive 186 384 towards Schaarbeek depot in Brussels, from where all the usual tests will take place, like testing between Ath and Silly, then ETCS tests on Line 53 Leuven - Mechelen and/or on the high speed lines. 

3301 forms part of a batch 21 Class 3300 EMUs (the fleet being numbered 3301 to 3321 by NS), which will also be authorised for use on services to and from Belgium, namely between Amsterdam and Brussels, starting in 2025.
