VAG's G1 Metro Trains Presented

On 24 October VAG Nürnberg and Siemens unveiled the G1 metro trains. Nürnberg will receive 34 new metro units for the U1 line in the next few years. These are currently being supplied by the manufacturer, Siemens Mobility, and put into operation in the depot of VAG Verkehrs-Aktiengesellschaft.
