Second Sapsan Batch Deliveries Start

In mid-September Siemens started delivering the cars of the first Sapsan EMU of the second batch from Krefeld works to Russia. These are all single-voltage (3 kV DC) trains. The first complete train was scheduled to be in Russia by November 2013. Here we see one of the end cars in Krefeld on 20 September 2013.
