RegioPanter EMUs for RegioJet

RegioJet concluded a contract with Škoda Group for the delivery of a total of 23 RegioPanters worth 3.5 billion CZK. This purchase is related to the contract awarded in March this year for the operation of electric lines in the Ústí nad Labem region, which will start in December 2026 and covers an annual volume of 3.3 million train km over 15 years. 15 two-car and 8 three-car units with a top speed of 160 km/h have been ordered, and this is the first order for RegioPanters from a non-state operator.
