MEDWAY Italia Took Over Its TRAXX DC3 Locomotives

On 17 December 2020, MEDWAY Italia took over two new TRAXX DC3 locomotives E.494.231 and E.494.232 at Bombardier’s factory Vado Ligure. So far a large fleet of the MEDWAY’s TRAXX electrics incorporated hired locomotives, these two are the first ones owned by the operator.
MEDWAY Italia is subsidiary of Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) and hence sister company of MEDWAY Logistics, former CP Carga.
