Eleventh Class 575 EMU Sent To Lithuania

On 18 August 2016 Škoda Vagonka despatched to Lithuania the first of the batch of three double deck Class 575 EMUs ordered in December 2014 by LG. The cars of this train carry the numbers 211.011, 444.011 and 307.011. This photo was taken in Ostrava-Svinov, when the train was at the start of its delivery journey, the first stage being as far as Haniska pri Košiciach (Slovakia), where its 1,435 mm gauge bogies were exchanged for 1,520 mm gauge ones for the remainder of its journey via Ukraine and Belarus.
