For many months there had been various rumours circulating over the possibility of the return of DB’s dual voltage (3 kV DC and 15 kV AC) Class 180 electrics to the Czech Republic, following their withdrawal by DB. These rumours have now been confirmed, since Czech operator TSS Cargo has acquired a batch of eight (180 002, 003, 007, 009, 010, 016, 019, 020), which on 18/19 August 2014 were moved from Chemnitz to the Czech Republic. From Děčín to its base at Hulín, TSS Cargo provided its own diesel, 753.784, for haulage. This photo was taken in the late evening of the 18th showing the special working at Křešice, near Děčín.
