TSA To Maintain Traction Motors Of Trenitalia FLIRTs

In July 2020 Traktionssysteme Austria was awarded a contract worth 889,000 EUR by Stadler Rail to maintain 254 traction motors of 62 Trenitalia FLIRTs. They are divided into 22 Class ETR 340s by Trenitalia Venezia, 26 Class ETR 350 by Trenitalia Bologna and 14 Class ETR 170 by Trenitalia Bolzano.

The contract will be executed by TSA in its extended and upgraded maintenance and service facility in Wiener Neudorf, the period of the maintenance is to be decided yet.
