HRSC2 EMUs Out Of Service

On 12 February 2014 Ukrzaliznitsya withdrew its entire fleet of ten Hyundai Rotem-built HRSC2 Intercity+ trains. This was a precautionary measure following the discovery of bodyshell cracks during routine maintenance. Specialists from UZ and Hyundai Rotem were brought in on 24 February to assess the situation.
