Ukrzaliznitsya is implementing a fleet rejuvenation programme, part of which form the Class 2ES10 electric locomotives. They are called Svyatogor, and this photo, taken in early December 2013, shows 2ES10-003 at Uralskie lokomotivy works during testing.
