TMH equiped trains of Bogatyr Komir with remote video surveillance systems

TMH Intellektualnye Sistemy (TMH Intellectual Systems) has installed in April 2024 a remote video surveillance system on 15 freight trains of Bogatyr Komir (Bogatyr Coal), one of the largest coal mining companies in Kazakhstan.

The system provides the driver with visual control of track clearance when the rake is pushed with wagons forwards. This is achieved by installing a mobile video control unit on the end (front) wagon, which transmits a video image of the situation to the driver's monitor. Each train consists of 13 dumpcars, each 14  m long. The equipment on the end (front) wagon allows to see what is happening on the tracks at a distance of more than 100 m, which significantly increases traffic safety and prevents possible accidents.
