Pars Nova Changes Its Name To Škoda Pars

Pars nova, which focuses on the production, modernisation and repair of rail vehicles, changes its name to Škoda Pars on 17 May 2021.

Aleš Měrka, Škoda Pars CEO, adds: “We have been part of the Škoda Transportation Group for 13 years. As Škoda Pars, we will clearly declare our affiliation to this strong, traditional and internationally renowned brand on the domestic and foreign markets. Under the wings of the parent brand Škoda, the Šumperk company is currently investing 460 million CZK in its premises in order to increase production capacity and innovate technologies. The investments are focused on the expansion of production capacities by 35% compared to the present and further technological modernization of the complex."
