Knorr-Bremse Austria Responsible For Brake Maintenance Of ELL Vectrons

On 29 May 2020 Knorr-Bremse of Mödling and ELL Austria of Wien have concluded a framework contract for the maintenance of locomotive braking systems and the main switches of ELL Vectrons. From early 2021 to the end of 2025 the Knorr-Bremse RailServices team will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of 70 Vectrons. The contract is worth a single-digit million EUR.

The Knorr-Bremse RailServices team has extensive experience in maintenance, overhaul and modernisation. For many years it has taken care of the rail vehicles of important customers in the sales area in Austria and Eastern Europe.
