Griffins On A Test Run

On 11 March there was a test run of EU160-007 and 008 locomotives between Warszawa-Grochów and Szeligi (a station on the CMK corridor, soutwest of the capital), the purpose being to test them in multiple. Simultaneously, the drivers were trained for a new type in the PKP IC fleet. The test trains had the reporting codes PXE 126002/3 Warszawa-Grochów - Szeligi and PXE 216000/1 Szeligi - Warszawa-Grochów.

PKP IC envisages that the Griffins will start hauling trains this Sunday, on 15 March 2020.
