A „Bobina“ On The Železnice Desná

On 25 November 2016 ARRIVA Morava put 140.079 (recently acquired by ARRIVA vlaky) into service on the branch from Šumperk to Kouty nad Desnou in the Jeseniky mountains, this line having been electrified in 2015. Until the introduction of the 2017 timetable, this historic electric locomotive is being used at morning and evening peak periods, while in off-peaks, when services are less frequent, Class 814 DMU is used instead. These photos were taken on 29 November 2016 showing 140.079 with the afternoon 13768/13771 train pair at Kouty nad Desnou station and approaching the halt at Velké Losiny zastávka.
