50th EffiShunter 1000M For ČD Cargo

On 5 December 2022, CZ LOKO handed over 742.760, the 50th modernised Class 742 shunter of the ČD Cargo's new Subclass 742.71. It is the last representative of the initial 50 strong batch, the deliveries of which started with the 742.711 on 30 July 2019. In May 2022, ČD Cargo ordered another 25 of these modernisations, with an option for further five.

Earlier, ČD Cargo purchased from CZ LOKO a locomotive 742.701 (which is of a different design) and ten EffiShunter 1000s (744.110 - 114 and 744.120 - 124) in two batches in 2019 - 2021.
