ÖBB Technische Services Renamed

On 23 August 2021, ÖBB Technische Services (TS) announced the change of its name to ÖBB Train Tech. At present, ÖBB TS is one of the largest technical companies in Austria and a partner for many customers in the European rail vehicle maintenance market. In the coming years, it will invest approximately 400 million EUR not only in the expansion of its workshops and in state-of-the-art technology, but also in a new visual identity.

In order to make itself more visible internationally, the company has changed its name to ÖBB Train Tech. The legal form, ÖBB Technische Services GmbH, remains unchanged.
